Feedback that wires back to you.
One script tag adds a quiet feedback pill to your site. Ratings, ideas and problem reports land in an inbox with the page, browser, the last failed requests and JS errors attached, and one click turns a report into a prompt for Claude Code or Cursor.
Add to your site in 2 minutes:
<script async src="https://cdn.backwire.io/v1/widget.js" data-backwire="bw_pk_…"></script>
What a report carries
Page path and title, browser and viewport, page timing, the last 20 failed requests (method, URL without query, status; never bodies or headers), the last 50 console errors, the last 20 JS errors, and the last 5 clicks as CSS selectors. Emails, tokens and card numbers are scrubbed before they leave the browser and again on the server.
What it never touches
No cookies, no visitor IDs, no fingerprinting, no form values, no passwords, no request bodies, no raw IP addresses. Counts are aggregated per page, campaign and country, the way Plausible counts, so most sites need no consent banner for it.
What the owner gets
An inbox with filters and keyboard navigation, email replies to reporters who opted in, a funnel of views → opens → submits by page and campaign, and “Copy as agent prompt”: a markdown brief with the environment, errors and a suggested first step.
