The service

BackWire is a feedback widget and inbox provided by Asian Digital Mind LLC (“we”). You (“the owner”) install the widget on sites you control and use the dashboard to read and act on what your visitors send.

Your responsibilities

• Only install the widget on sites you own or are authorised to change.
• Tell your visitors that the widget is there, in your own privacy policy, and honour their deletion requests.
• Do not use the service to collect data the widget was designed not to collect, or to harass reporters.

Data

You own the feedback your visitors send. We process it for you as described on the privacy page, keep it available while your account is active, and delete it when you delete a report, a project or your organisation.

Availability and changes

The free plan is provided as is, without an uptime guarantee. We may change or discontinue features with notice on the changelog. Paid plans will carry their own service terms when they launch.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
